How to use
  • Scoop the desired amount of Bump Balm with the little handy scooper.
  • Rub the balm between your fingertips to warm it slightly. This will help it spread more easily and be absorbed better by your skin.
  • Gently massage the balm onto your belly in a circular motion. Start from the lower abdomen and work your way upwards, covering the entire belly area.
  • Take a few moments to massage the balm into your skin. Use gentle, upward strokes to promote circulation and relaxation. This is also a great time to connect with your baby.
  • Apply the Bump Balm daily, preferably in the evening, or as needed for comfort.

We send all our packages with Signature Required service. This means the courier will request a signature when they deliver, so someone will need to be available to receive it. If you're not home, don't worry—they'll leave a 'Card to Call' so you can easily arrange a redelivery.
